Operative Tulsa Area Workflex Waivers

1. Younger Young participants utilizing Adult Training Provider list. This waiver request falls under the Governor’s Work-Flex authority to allow the use of the eligible training provider system to include youth that were enrolled as younger or in-school but now meet the minimum qualifications for enrolling in post-secondary education, as required by the training institution.

This update to the 2-year Compliance Plan is available for public comment on October 1, 2007, and will be open for comment until November 1, 2007. All submitted comments will be forwarded to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission for consideration.
