Recruitment: Post job openings, search for candidates, and access resources to help you recruit and manage your employees. CEP, Inc. links employers with anyone looking for a job, and may provide you with wage and labor market information, referral of applicants, scheduling of interviews, and use of interview space.

Employer/Industry Events: We provide free space for interviews at our One Stop Job Center locations; Facilitation of industry or regional Job Fairs focused on filling job specific or industry specific employment needs.

Layoff Aversion & Assistance: When layoffs are foreseeable, our Rapid Response team provides your employees information about getting a new job, unemployment insurance, and community resources for health insurance and other financial assistance. Rapid Response services are designed to help workers who have been displaced as a result of a mass layoff or permanent business closing to obtain suitable employment as quickly as possible. Workforce Tulsa’s dislocated worker program provides layoff aversion assistance, rapid response, pre-layoff activities, and linkages to re-employment services available through our One Stop Job centers:
